A new presentation of the Centre Pompidou's contemporary collections, «A History» allows visitors to discover more than four hundred works from the 1980s to the present day, offering for the first time a look back at the art of the last thirty years.
Paintings, sculptures, installations, videos, films, drawings, photographs, architectural models, design: a thematic route offers visitors keys to understanding the most contemporary creations, featuring works by nearly one hundred and eighty artists and fifty architects and designers representing fifty-five countries. Some of the works presented have recently entered the collection, and many others are being shown for the first time.
