Paris Bike Tour has been organising corporate events and cycling team building days in Paris and the Île-de-France region since 2002, starting from its Paris Marais agency.
With a fleet of 200 mechanical and e-bikes, as well as multilingual tour guides (FR, EN, NL, DE), we are able to cater for all types of corporate groups.

Three formats are offered: Pétanque Combo, Rallye Combo and a fully bespoke event, for groups of 2 to 200 participants.
The events take place in Paris and the surrounding Île-de-France region (Versailles, Chantilly,...), with delivery of the bikes possible directly to your site.

Over 2,000 operations carried out and 300,000 participants supported, for clients such as BNP Paribas, Chanel, Google, Hyatt, or Allianz.

Since 2002, Paris Bike Tour has been designing bespoke cycling events for businesses, setting off from its agency in the Marais, both within central Paris and in the inner suburbs, or on-site thanks to its logistics service.

How it works: From request to event

Stage 1: Exchange and Diagnosis

You are contacting us to discuss your project. We listen to your objectives: strengthening cohesion, celebrating success, integrating new employees, marking an annual kick-off. Group size, desired date, participant profile, additional services considered (meals, coffee breaks, seminar venue), we take note of everything to build a precise specification with you.

Step 2: Custom design

Our team then designs your personalised cycling event. Choose the route (Petanque Combo, Rally Combo or a fully bespoke event), the circuit, and additional options. Everything is adjustable: pace, breaks, duration, and the guide's language. You approve the programme and we take care of the preparation and setup.

Stage 3: Preparation and Logistics

We take care of all the logistics. You can set off from our Marais branch, or have the bikes delivered directly to your venue, whether in Paris or the inner suburbs. Our fleet of 200 mechanical and e-bikes, along with a qualified team, is available for groups, complete with all the necessary accessories (helmets, panniers, rain ponchos in case of bad weather). We provide a safety briefing for participants and coordinate with your catering or entertainment suppliers: from your

Step 4: Event and monitoring

On the day itself, our teams of technical guides, trained in cycling supervision, will look after your group. Routes are designed to prioritise cycle paths and soft mobility routes, with the pace tailored to the participants, and a briefing held before each departure. After the event, we remain available to gather your feedback and prepare for the next edition.

Organising a cycling team-building event in the Paris region isn’t something you can just wing. Our team, made up of tour guides, activity leaders, mechanics and delivery staff, has been working together for years and shares the same spirit of teamwork that we aim to instil in your groups.

A fleet of 200 conventional and e-bikes

Available for groups of all sizes, either from our Marais branch or delivered to your venue. Electric bikes allow every participant, whatever their fitness level, to take full part in the event.

Comprehensive logistical support

When you arrive, everything is ready. The bikes are prepared, the guides have been briefed, and the logistics have been sorted. Cycling also becomes an efficient way of getting around between your various destinations throughout the day: the hotel, the seminar venue and the restaurant. A bike delivery service is also available.

FAQ: your questions about team-building cycling events in Paris

Basic cycling skills are required to take part in our guided tours. If any members of your group have not cycled for a long time, please let us know when you make your enquiry: we will adjust the pace and itinerary accordingly. Alternative activities can be organised for non-cyclists, such as walking tours or visits to places of interest.

Yes. Our fleet of 200 bikes includes both standard and electric-assist models. Electric-assist bikes are particularly suitable for participants who wish to enjoy a more leisurely ride. Please specify your requirements when requesting a quote.

Yes, our events take place all year round. A poncho is provided in the event of bad weather, and our tour guides will adjust the pace and stops to suit the day’s weather. If conditions become truly unfavourable, we will discuss with you the possibility of postponing the event or adjusting the programme. Your event will not be jeopardised.

Our ‘Combo Pétanque’ and ‘Combo Rally’ courses can accommodate between 2 and 100 people. For bespoke events, we can cater for larger groups: please contact our groups department to discuss this further.

Yes, and that’s actually one of our specialities. We can include a lunch, a picnic, an aperitif or a cocktail reception at one of our partners’ venues as part of your programme. Cycling then becomes the central theme of your day (seminar venue, restaurant, activity), and we coordinate everything.

Yes. As well as within Paris itself, we organise cycling events in the Paris region. Please specify your location in your quote request.

This is one of my favorites bike tours of all time.   Paris city has really invested in bike lanes and a bike tour is undoubtedly the best way to see sights at a leisurely pace.
