At the end of May, 60 ZF Mobility employees came together in Paris for a team-building experience on two wheels.
For three hours, the teams explored Paris by bike while taking on a series of clues, challenges and fun activities. It was an original way to discover the city while strengthening team spirit and creating stronger connections between colleagues.
For the occasion, Paris Bike Tour designed an urban cycling rally combining discovery, friendly competition and moments of fun.
The idea behind the rally was simple: take employees out of their usual work environment and offer them a shared experience that was dynamic, fun and accessible to everyone.
Divided into teams, participants had to complete a series of challenges throughout the route. The programme included riddles, quizzes, tastings, a game of pétanque and unusual discoveries around Paris.
By bike, the teams explored the city while developing their team spirit. Each challenge encouraged participants to work together, communicate and sometimes rely on their powers of observation.
But beyond the competition, the main goal was to have a great time together.

For three hours, the ZF Mobility teams alternated between cycling, challenges, games and discoveries, with one common goal: complete as many challenges as possible while enjoying the experience together.
Paris is often associated with its iconic landmarks: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre-Dame and the Champs-Élysées.
But an urban cycling rally in Paris offers a completely different way to experience the city.
Participants can explore different neighbourhoods, notice details they might otherwise miss and discover more unusual places that are often overlooked on a traditional sightseeing tour.
That is exactly what we aim to create at Paris Bike Tour: experiences that allow people to discover Paris by bike while sharing a genuine group experience.
For companies, it is also an opportunity to introduce employees to parts of Paris they may not know yet, or to show them a different side of a city they may already think they know well.
