Since 2002, Paris Bike Tour has been designing tailor-made cycling events for businesses, starting from its agency in the Marais, within Paris city limits or in the inner suburbs, or on-site thanks to its logistics service.
With over 2,000 operations carried out, more than 300,000 participants accompanied, and brands such as BNP Paribas, Chanel, Google, Hyatt, and Allianz renewing their trust in us: cycling remains one of the few formats capable of uniting a team while allowing them to rediscover Paris in a different way.
You are contacting us to discuss your project. We listen to your objectives: strengthening cohesion, celebrating success, integrating new employees, marking an annual kick-off. Group size, desired date, participant profile, additional services considered (meals, coffee breaks, seminar venue), we take note of everything to build a precise specification with you.
Our team then designs your personalised cycling event. Choose the route (Petanque Combo, Rally Combo or a fully bespoke event), the circuit, and additional options. Everything is adjustable: pace, breaks, duration, and the guide's language. You approve the programme and we take care of the preparation and setup.
We handle the entire logistics. Departures from our Marais agency, or bicycle delivery directly to your site, in Paris and the inner suburbs. Our fleet of 200 mechanical and electric-assist bicycles, along with a qualified team, can be mobilised for groups, with all accessories (helmets, baskets, ponchos in case of bad weather). Participant safety briefing, coordination with your catering or entertainment providers: you can focus your attention on your teams.
On the big day, our teams of technical support guides, trained in cycle tour leading, will take charge of your group. Routes are designed to favour cycle paths and "quiet" mobility lanes, pace adapted to participants, and a briefing before each departure. After the event, we remain available to gather your feedback and prepare for the next edition.
Paris Bike Tour also offers professionals "cycling programmes" in Paris and the Paris region, tailored for school groups, institutions, towns and local authorities: fête du vélo, heritage days, Nuit Blanche, etc.
Finally, we can design cycling trips in and around Paris, or offer a wide choice of varied and/or combined cycling themes.
Our guided bike tours have also become the mainstay of many corporate events, thanks to the creation of tailor-made itineraries between different locations during the working day: seminar venue, hotel, restaurants, other activities... .
