A 3rd edition under the banner of sharing and progress 🚲

For the third year running, our team got together for a day dedicated to in-house training. While team meetings have long been part of our daily routine, this more comprehensive format - a full day focused on taking stock of the season, preparing for the next one, and practical workshops on group cycling - has become a must since 2023.

Why has this day become essential?
