Team Building back in the saddle
An original, surprising and instructive incentive activity!
To bind your teams together There are three modules to choose from, depending on the level of your employees. Each module ends with a guided and relaxed bike ride.
This colleague only cycles occasionally and doesn't dare (yet!) to cycle in built-up areas? Module 1 (Advanced) is made for him/her - during two 3-hour sessions.
And what about that other colleague who cherishes his bike and rides around town regularly? No problem, give him a present Module 2 (Intermediate) - a single 3-hour session.
If your teams are between two levels, the Team Building spirit of our programme is there to bring them closer together. After regaining their confidence during their first session, the Intermediates will be joined by the Advanced for the second session. Our team of professional guides and qualified bicycle mobility instructors knows how to adapt.
Finally, to go further, whatever their level of cycling, module 3 incentive combines a fun and instructive mechanical challenge with an unforgettable bike ride!
Module 1: Advanced level - 1 single 3-hour session
Target : Cycling on a regular basis, both inside and outside built-up areas
Module 1 perfects near-perfects! Just as with first aid training, a refresher course is never insignificant. Our professional guides and experienced urban cyclists can testify to this after their additional training as Bicycle Mobility Facilitators.
Not content with sharing your experiences with you and delving deeper the right gestures for cyclists in townWe wanted this half-day to be fun and relaxed. The first hour is a mixture of workshops, quizzes and challenges, allowing you to learn all about the bike, including the basic mechanics that can be done without too many tools... even at home! Then, all saddled up and ready to go! guided bike tours to revel in the freedom offered by the little queen... and the fresh perspective we can now finally take on the city, accompanied by an experienced guide!
Module 2: Intermediate level - 2 sessions of 3 hours each
Target :cycle occasionally, mainly outside built-up areas
A module that offers occasional cyclists all the keys to safe cycling in town. Soon you'll be enjoying doing your shopping or taking the kids to school by bike. and you'll be a velotaf enthusiast!
Two sessions will teach you the reflexes, tips and tricks you need to ride in an urban environment. Interactive theory and routes with specially adapted markers will get you back in the saddle gently. Your experienced Bicycle Mobility Leader & bike tour guide will then take you on two guided tours that are as useful as they are enjoyable, to gradually familiarise yourself with your city's infrastructure AND discover its neighbourhoods in a whole new way!
Module 3: Bike mechanics workshop - Intermediate & Advanced - 1 session of 3 hours
Target : cycle occasionally and/or regularly
Here's a Team Building that's as instructive and clever as it is unifying! To be chosen separately or in addition to modules 1 and/or 2, all your teams will be involved in this astonishing challenge that is given to them: assemble a kit bike as if it were arriving at your bike shop.
Equipped like prosWith their aprons and gloves on, your teams face each other, each on his or her own work stand and bicycle. Our mechanic and his assistants will of course be there to supervise the smooth running of the workshop. We distribute tools, photos and additional diagrams among the members of each team. to guarantee you a fun, close-knit group activity!
Because the winning team doesn't just have to be the fastest, their ability to set things up will also make all the difference. The reward will be just as motivating*: after being checked by our mechanic, the assembled bike can be ridden straight away on a guided tour, during which relaxation, stories and anecdotes will be the watchwords. Our passionate guides will show you the city at its best!

Workshop and guided tour professional guide with IMV (Initiateur Mobilité Vélo) certification
