In 2018, it's off again for a unique and exceptional Tour à vélo!
From 9 June to 6 October 2018, the Alternatiba Tour will cover 5,800 kilometres on unique multi-seat bikes across France and Europe. The cyclists will be stopping at 200 stops to talk and exchange ideas about alternatives to climate change. A whole host of events are planned for the afternoon and evening, including alternative villages, conferences, concerts, cycling demonstrations, events for all ages, exhibitions, solidarity... and, of course, all in good fun!

For those who don't know Alternatiba, the first Tour took place in 2015. From 5 June to 26 September 2015, this Alternatiba Tour passed through 187 territories in France and 5 other European countries with 3 and 4-seater bicycles. It mobilised 55,000 people around the "real alternatives" to climate change in the run-up to the 21st UN climate conference (COP21). It was a huge and unimaginable success, clearly demonstrating the widespread interest in climate-related issues.
