The Bicycle Plan Observatory is a document showing the progress of various projects linked to the development of cycling in Paris. These include cycle paths that are already in use or under construction, cycle parking, and zones where speeds are lower than 30km/h. You'll also find a range of information and documents on cycling in Paris and the Paris region.
