You must book at least 24 hours in advance. You can also come directly to the site to hire your bike, but we cannot guarantee that you will have one available. A phone call is highly recommended!

We have city bikes (adults and children), electrically-assisted city bikes (e-bikes) and trekking bikes, ideal for exploring Paris and the surrounding area! All our bikes are fitted with puncture-proof tyres and front and rear lights for night-time rides.

Yes, on request for a minimum of 4 bikes (or payment of the equivalent)

Yes, the deposit is €300 for mechanical city bikes, €1000 for VAEs and €600 for our Trekking bikes.

If you take out insurance for €2/bike/day, the deposit is halved and you only pay 10% in costs in the event of incidents.

The deposit is paid either by pre-authorisation on your bank card (imprint: this amount is not debited from your account, but simply blocked). Or by cheque, or in cash

Yes, we offer insurance against breakage and theft at €2 per bike per day (whatever the type of bike). You pay only 50% of the deposit and 10% of the costs in the event of an incident (damage or theft of the bike). You will find full details of this insurance when you make your booking.

We have maps of Paris and can suggest cycling applications. We do not provide GPS. Our team will be delighted to answer any questions you may have and to suggest routes if you feel like it!

Yes, locks, helmets (for under-12s) and reflective waistcoats are always included with the hire bike.

• Headphones, baskets and phone holders can be hired for €1 a day.
• The baby seat (<25kg) and child seat (<35kg) are €5 per day / €2.5 per day extra.
• A pair of panniers costs €5 per day / €2.5 per day extra.

All these accessories must be requested when booking.

We offer bikes for hire in the following sizes:

• Mechanical city bikes : From 1m20 to 1m90 approx.
• Electrically assisted city bikes :  From 1m55 to 1m95 approx.
• Trekking bikes : From 1m55 to 1m95 approx.

Since we started out in 2002, Paris has rethought its entire cycling infrastructure! From virtually non-existent, it has grown to over 1,000 km of cycle paths and lanes, and even a green lane right in the middle of the city! Motorised traffic is limited to 30 km/h on almost all streets, except for the boulevards des Maréchaux and a few main roads. There are more and more contra-sens bicycle lanes, which ensure good visibility for other road users.

Cycle lanes at traffic lights are almost the norm. Lastly, pedestrian zones also welcome cyclists, at a walking pace. Paris has risen to 8th place on the index of European cycling cities (source: https://copenhagenizeindex.eu/)! Many Parisians have taken up cycling and attitudes have changed, and we're very proud to be part of it, with flexibility and courtesy!
